Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, providing guidance and support in technical best practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of client-focused security solutions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to shape product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and solution effectiveness.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
