what you’ll do: lead and scale a high-performing cs team own key post-sale metrics: nrr, churn, adoption, upsell build scalable cs infrastructure: playbooks, segmentation, health scores collaborate with sales, product & marketing to maximize customer impact serve as a strategic partner to top-tier clients

what you bring: 5+ years in customer success or account management (b2b saas), including 3+ years in a leadership role track record of scaling teams and driving growth through retention and expansion a strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities proficiency with cs tools like gainsight, churnzero, or hubspot fluent english
