On behalf of one of our clients, a global B2B company offering both hardware and SaaS solutions for smart IIoT and remote management, with a sales team operating across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Worldwide VP Sales with strong expertise in the APAC region — a proven leader who can drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s presence across key global markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading and scaling a sales organization in a fast-growing startup, taking it from tens of millions in annual revenue to hundreds of millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s global sales strategy, with a strong focus on APAC.
• Develop and execute business plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and partners.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and manage sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VP Sales in B2B software or IoT companies.
• Deep knowledge of APAC markets and a strong regional business network.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a startup sales organization from tens to hundreds of millions in revenue.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English;
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
