Finetuners is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical growth and innovation of our AI-powered creative platform. The ideal candidate is a full-stack developer with at least 7 years of professional experience, capable of leading development efforts and mentoring our offshore engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of Finetuners’ platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage and collaborate closely with an offshore development team to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Design and implement web applications and internal tools using React and Node.js, with strong attention to frontend performance and UX.
• Develop and maintain API endpoints that integrate multiple AI and data services.
• Work closely with product and AI teams to translate creative workflows into robust, automated systems.
• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and API development.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams, mentor developers, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• A genuine affinity for AI technologies, creativity tools, and innovation in digital creation.
