Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. As a Product Manager at Pepper, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Daily tasks will include market research, usability testing, data analysis, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals.
Qualifications
2 years of hands-on product management experience - Must
Strong understanding of product management principles and experience in managing product lifecycle
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and usability testing
Experience working with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Understanding of banking and financial services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in a product management role in fintech - must
