Talking English, Israel’s leading online English school, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our support team in our Tel Aviv offices.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inquiries from teachers and students via chat, phone and email
- Assist with scheduling and technical issues
- Use CRM and internal systems to support student management
- Ensure a smooth service experience for students and teachers
- Collaborate with sales and academic teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Fluent Hebrew & strong English
- Proven customer service experience – required
- Communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and is highly organized
- Is patient, proactive, and service-oriented
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
