We are looking for a grounded, dependable IT leader who combines technical excellence with genuine care for people. Someone who’s always there when it matters and takes pride in doing things right.

This is a managerial role reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

The position is part of the global management team and requires 24/7 on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Running the company’s global IT – end to end.
• From infrastructure and cybersecurity to networks, cloud, and day-to-day support — you’ll own it all.
• Hands-on, global, complex, and never boring.
• Vendors, budgets, systems, strategy — everything runs through you (literally).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Global IT & IS Manager, with proven hands-on management of complex IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, select, and implement information systems solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and licensing processes.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies (Azure or equivalent), Office 365, networking, and information/cybersecurity.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent English
