System Analyst – BI, Digital & Data Division (Data & AI Department)

We are seeking an experienced BI System Analyst to join our Data & AI Department within the Digital and Data Division.

As part of our BI Analysis Team, you will play a key role in defining, designing, and delivering data-driven solutions that empower business insights and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Write detailed specification documents, from S2T to high-level business, architectural, and visualization specifications.
• Lead BI and Data-related projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Act as a system owner for existing BI models and solutions, ensuring continuity and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams in a dynamic, multi-task environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization) – mandatory.
• Proven training or certification in BI/DWH – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BI/DWH System Analyst, including hands-on experience writing functional and technical specifications – mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Data Warehouse (DWH) environments – mandatory.
• Experience in designing and defining Dashboards (Power BI / Qlik Sense) – mandatory.
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica or SSIS) – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in BI environments – advantage.
• Experience in project management – advantage.
