We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with Customer Success experites.

This is a cross-functional role involving collaboration with internal teams and strategic clients in Israel and abroad. You'll translate business needs into technical requirements and lead client support and projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing support and account management for existing clients (approx. 70%), Lead and manage client-facing projects from requirement gathering to go-live (approx. 30% of the role)
• Daily collaboration with R&D, Product, DevOps, and Support.
• Regular communication with clients: meetings, status reports, issue resolution, and handling feature requests
• Provide hands-on support with bugs and technical issues, including root cause investigation and coordination with internal teams
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and others

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in managing technical projects (advantage: SaaS / FinTech / customised systems)
• Technical background: ability to read JSON and work with APIs
• Strong business acumen and ability to bridge the gap between development and customer needs
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Advantage: previous experience in integration or technical support roles involving customer interaction
