**Role Description
**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Netanya. In this role, you will identify new market opportunities, establish relationships with prospective partners and clients, and drive growth through negotiations and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and refining business strategies, analyzing market trends, generating leads, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue potential. You will also be required to represent the company at relevant industry events and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to achieve set objectives.

**Qualifications

• Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in negotiation, business strategy, and partnership development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret market data to inform decision-making
• Experience in the blockchain, trading, or DeFi industries is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
