✔️ About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized Operations & EA to support the smooth daily operations of our office and assist the executive team

✔️ What you’ll do:

• Running the day-to-day operations of our Tel Aviv office: logistics, vendors, supplies, facility and general awesomeness.
• Supporting financial operations: coordinating with bookkeeping, suppliers, and tracking budgets.
• Providing direct support to the founders and CEO: scheduling, coordination, travel bookings and other projects.
• Collaborating with our US-based team, customers, and partners – availability across time zones is occasionally needed.
• Assisting our Director of Operations in employee experience – helping execute team events, happy hours, and internal initiatives.

✔️ What you’ll bring:

• Highly independent, proactive, and a creative problem-solver with a "get-things-done" mindset, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A true generalist – comfortable juggling multiple tasks and wearing many hats.
• Super organized, responsible, with excellent people skills and positive energy.
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Event Management, Employee Experience, Facilities manager, Office Coordination or similar administrative role – a strong plus.

More details:

• Full-time position, hybrid model – Sunday to Wednesday from the office (Tel Aviv), Thursday from home.
