Although every project is unique, you might typically:

• Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics, while also developing references and examples of tasks.
• Experts Acquisition: Assess the qualification tests of experts, ensuring their competency.
• Chat Moderation: Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other AI Trainers in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines.
• Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other AI Trainers, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality.

****Requirements:

********Experience in one of the following:

• CPA — Customer Service / Case Management Specialization: Customer Support Operations, SLA & Entitlement Management, Case Escalation Workflows

Background: Customer Support Operations, Case Management, CRM Workflows, Basic business concepts and workflows. Prefer experience in Financial Services and Retail.

Requirements: Mid- to senior-level professionals (≥4 years) in customer service, support operations, or CRM management. Must understand SLA matrices, entitlement tiers, escalation policies, and queue management logic. Able to interpret XLSX/PDF/DOCX runbooks and match them to structured data (activity, account, goal tables). Clear written reasoning and attention to detail. Basic SQL reading skills (no coding required).

• SQA — Sales Qualification Specialization: Sales Operations and Lead Qualification Background: Sales qualification, SDR/BDR processes, lead scoring, BANT frameworks Requirements: ≥ 4 years of experience in sales operations, BDR/SDR roles, or CRM pipeline management. Strong understanding of lead qualification logic, core business concepts, and sales workflows. Knowledge of the BANT framework, lead routing rules, and segmentation logic. Comfortable cross-referencing DOCX/PDF policy documents (ICP Definition, Territory Rules, Pricing Guardrails) with CRM tables (lead, opportunity, activity). Clear written reasoning, strong attention to detail, and basic SQL reading skills (no coding required).
• SRA — Sales Research & Analytics Specialization: Business Analytics, Market Research, Sales research/analytics Background: Business and market research, KPI design and tracking, competitive and performance analysis, and data-driven storytelling. Requirements: Senior analysts or BI consultants (≥ 4 years) with experience in sales or market analytics. Strong understanding of CRM and BI KPIs, metric documentation, and analytical reasoning. Familiar with core business concepts, data workflows, and interpretation of analytical results.
