Job Description: Application Engineer / Technical Support

Translating customer needs and technical requirements into practical solutions based on the company's products. Providing techno-commercial service and support to the Marketing and Sales department.

Main Tasks and Duties

• Providing technical and application solutions to customers both in Israel and abroad.
• Supporting tenders and assisting sales staff with technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Marketing departments to adapt solutions and drive innovation.
• Writing technical documentation and catalogs.
• Conducting customer meetings and presenting technical solutions.

Education and Required Knowledge

• Engineering Education: Mechanical Engineering, Water and Irrigation, or a relevant field.
• Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of water infrastructure, flow systems, irrigation, and valves.
• Languages: High level of proficiency in English.
• Technical Drawing: Ability to read blueprints and basic capability in preparing drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Required Skills and Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to find creative technical solutions.

Professional Experience

• Previous experience working in companies within the water or flow systems sectors.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within an Applications Department.
