🚀 ERO Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Software Engineer to join our growing development team in the North of Israel.

📍 Location:

On site, Full-time position, Northern Israel.

Security clearance is required.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Java and Spring Boot

✔ Work within a microservices architecture

✔ Manage and work with relational and NoSQL databases

✔ Develop and deploy solutions in on-prem and cloud environments

✔ Implement monitoring, observability, and logging solutions

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

🔎 Requirements (Must have):

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development in a Linux environment
• Proven experience with Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience building and maintaining microservices
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience working with message brokers
• Ability to obtain security clearance (mandatory)

🌟Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Docker and containerized architectures
• Experience working in on-prem and self-hosted cloud environments
• Experience with observability tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, Fluentd, etc.
• Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., C# .NET Core)
