About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launch excellence for our growing product portfolio. You will be the crucial link between our product, marketing, and sales teams, responsible for crafting compelling messaging and ensuring our products successfully reach and resonate with our target audience . Key Responsibilities

• GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring strong market penetration.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products on the market.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, design, and regional marketing teams to align on product strategy and ensure successful, integrated product launches.
• Campaign Management: Design and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, from asset creation to performance analysis, utilizing data to optimize for engagement and conversion.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Gather customer feedback to inform both product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales Enablement: Create effective sales tools, training materials, and collateral to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching technology or fintech/crypto products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of creating compelling content and collaborating across cultures.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic and creative thinker, capable of turning market insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
