Overview

We are seeking experienced HubSpot Technical Specialists to manage implementation, configuration, and integration projects for enterprise clients. Projects range from $30K to $200K+ and typically last 4–6 months. This role requires hands-on technical expertise across all HubSpot Hubs and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions for enterprise-level clients.

Side Note:

As a permanent work-from-home, independent contractor role, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection and will handle their own benefits and taxes. Hourly rate depends on performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement HubSpot across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS).
• Build custom websites within HubSpot CMS.
• Set up complex workflows, custom objects, and automation.
• Handle API integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide ongoing HubSpot administration and optimization.
• Work directly with enterprise clients during implementation phases.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience
• HubSpot CMS website development expertise
• Advanced HubSpot administration skills (workflows, custom objects, reporting)
• API integration experience with external systems
• Multiple HubSpot certifications
• Experience with enterprise, multi-month implementation projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills

• HubSpot CMS development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL)
• HubSpot APIs and webhooks
• Database design and data migration
• Third-party integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, custom APIs)
• Advanced reporting and dashboard creation
• Marketing automation and lead scoring setup
