Overview

The HubSpot Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling HubSpot implementation services and enterprise-level engagements ranging from $2,500 quick setups to $200,000+ comprehensive implementations. This is a consultative sales role, focusing on nurturing warm leads, conducting high-value demos, and closing complex, multi-month enterprise engagements. This is not transactional sales—success in this role requires strong HubSpot expertise, strategic selling, and relationship-driven client management.

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection and will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on an hourly basis and depend on performance during the application process.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Accept, nurture, and close warm leads generated from outreach programs.
  • Re-engage past clients who have not worked with the team for 6 months to over a year.
  • Conduct compelling HubSpot demos and consultative sales conversations.
  • Close enterprise-level engagements from $2,500 to $200,000+.
  • Manage complex, multi-month sales cycles (typical implementations last 4–6 months).
  • Convert smaller setup projects into recurring managed service relationships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary sales contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with consulting and coaching teams to create customized solution proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with service excellence standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HubSpot sales experience (not just CRM sales — must be HubSpot-specific).
  • Deep expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and API capabilities.
