SorsX is an AI-powered hiring platform reshaping how companies source, assess, and hire talent faster and smarter. As we expand across the Middle East, we’re hiring a high-performing Sales Executive to lead the charge for the GCC market.

You must have sales experience selling B2B software for the GCC market!

This isn’t your typical BDR role. We’re looking for someone who can own the outreach strategy, connect with decision-makers, and confidently run demos and close deals.

What You’ll Do.

  • Own the top of the funnel: identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Run cold outreach campaigns via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate a pipeline
  • Deliver sharp, tailored product demos that showcase our value prop
  • Work closely with founders and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Us**e Apollo.**io and other tools to build segmented, personalized lead lists

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment
  • A hunter mentality, you don’t wait for leads, you create them
  • Fluent in cold calling, cold emailing, and social prospecting
  • Experience running and converting your own demos
  • Track record of closing, not just passing leads
