Sales Manager - APAC

Our client is a global technology provider supporting enterprises worldwide with solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance. Operating across multiple regions, the company partners with organizations undergo digital transformation and seeking data-driven operational insights.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – APAC to accelerate growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires a strategic, results-driven commercial leader with deep experience in enterprise B2B sales and regional go-to-market execution.

About the role:

The Sales Manager – APAC will lead regional commercial expansion across Asia-Pacific. This role requires a senior sales leader with a strong track record in B2B technology sales and experience driving go-to-market strategies in diverse regional markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive Regional Expansion by securing new enterprise customers across APAC.
  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies tailored to regional market conditions and customer needs.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets, consistently delivering multi-million-dollar sales results.
  • Identify and Prioritize High-Growth Markets to deepen the company’s regional presence.
  • Build Executive-Level Relationships with senior decision-makers to influence long-term commercial opportunities.
  • Own Sales Forecasting & Reporting, ensuring accuracy in pipeline visibility and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor Competitive Activity and regional industry trends to refine commercial strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience across APAC
  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales within technology-driven sectors (e.g., SaaS, IoT, mobility, operations tech).
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing regional go-to-market plans.
  • Strong ability to influence and engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating multi-country, cross-cultural environments across APAC.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
