Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Laboratory and Operation Assistant to join our laboratory in Tel Aviv. This role involves hands-on analytical work with fruits and vegetables, as well as international travel to perform testing and data collection at customer sites worldwide.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in both lab and customer site. Strong English communication skills are essential; Spanish is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical laboratory tests on fruits and vegetables
• Collect and record data using Neolithics AI’s proprietary software and tools
• Support lab experiments and calibration processes according to company protocols
• Travel abroad to perform on-site testing and data collection at customer facilities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace
• Collaborate effectively with the R&D team to support ongoing research initiatives

Requirements:

• Background in Life Sciences (B.Sc. or higher, or equivalent experience)
• Experience with analytical methods and lab work
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with computer-based tools
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent attention to details, well organized and great teamwork skills
• Ability to work as a team player and independently as well
• Flawless management of multiple tasks and problem solving ability
