We’re building a fast-growing Data Science team focused on AI-first features. As a Data Scientist, you’ll design and deploy end-to-end ML models that move real business metrics while collaborating with ML engineers, product managers, and data engineers. You’ll also join weekly sessions where we share research, test new ideas, and learn as a team.

What will you be responsible for?

• Solving complex business problems using ML and data-driven techniques, using a wide range of both classic and relevant SOTA algorithms and technologies.
• Working against business stakeholders to identify, well-define, and prioritize business problems to be solved through DS/ML pipelines, with a focus on adapting the user experience for each individual.
• Developing and deploying predictive models on tabular and time-series data to provide a highly personalized and customized experience to each user, directly increasing user engagement, revenue growth, and customer retention.
• Defining success criteria for each goal, building and owning the monitoring flow and maintenance plan for each solution.
• Collaborating closely with a cross-functional Data Science team consisting of ML engineers, product managers, and data engineers.
• Continuously self-learning, growing professionally, and mentoring younger team members.

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Data Science work, including developing ML systems.
• MSc or PhD in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering) with a thesis.
• Proficiency with Python (Spark, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn).
• Proven experience with tabular data, time series analysis, and building robust, scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Proven experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to enhance productivity.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark).
• Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML models into production.
