Keshet 12 is looking for a Head of Advertising to lead the media strategy and campaign planning for the channel’s brands and content across all platforms – TV, digital, social, radio and more.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, creativity and strong analytical skills, while working closely with multiple teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the media and advertising strategy for Keshet 12 across all platforms
• Plan, build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to meet exposure and communication goals
• Allocate budgets and resources across platforms to maximize reach and impact
• Define tailored exposure and performance targets per platform, based on audience insights and consumer behavior
• Build tools, methods and processes to measure and monitor campaign effectiveness
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights and turn them into actionable recommendations
• Drive a culture of learning and innovation – testing, learning, improving and identifying new trends
• Collaborate with analysts, data teams, IT, research, creative and production teams

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (media, advertising, campaign management or marketing)
• Strong analytical and research skills, with hands-on experience working with data
• Creative mindset, initiative and passion for trying new things
• Ability to learn fast and work with large, complex information
• High level of independence alongside strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
