You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, overseeing the entire algorithmic software infrastructure & production stacks, while ensuring high scalability & performance Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a cross-functional scrum team of backend, frontend, & QA engineers - Drive architectural decisions, design implementations, & maintenance strategies - Collaborate closely with Algorithms, Data, & Support teams to align technology with business goals - Continuously enhance coding skills (both personal and team) to maintain technical excellence - Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies & apply them innovatively to our solutions דרישות: B.Sc.
