we’re looking for a hands-on technology leader to guide a small, highly skilled devops team, manage global-scale infrastructure, and stay deeply involved in the tech.

what you’ll do:

lead and mentor a small, high-performing devops team

manage azure and on-prem datacenter environments at global scale

work with kubernetes (aks + self-hosted)

build and maintain infrastructure as code (terraform / pulumi)

develop ci/cd pipelines with jenkins, azure devops, or gitlab

ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency

handle incident response and implement monitoring with prometheus, grafana, and zabbix

what we’re looking for:

7+ years in devops/sre with recent hands-on team leadership

deep expertise in kubernetes and azure

strong background in iac, automation, and networking

experience with monitoring systems and security hardening

our production systems run across continents you’ll be the one shaping how they operate.
