Miggo Security is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations and Office Manager to oversee

the smooth operation of our Tel Aviv office. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing

startup and play a key role in creating a productive and positive work environment. You will also support

leadership and enhance the employee experience with HR coordination and personal assistance tasks.

What You’ll Do:

This role has five key pillars: office management, general operations & projects and employee experience.

Here are some of the tasks you’ll take on:

  • Own and manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, maintenance, food, supplies, deliveries, and more
  • Support financial processes, such as tracking expenses and managing budgets
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor relations
  • Oversee all the company’s payment process from salaries, to vendors and subscriptions
  • Drive internal efficiency by streamlining systems and workflows
  • Lead all employee experience activities (e.g. happy hours, team-building events, offsites, employee gifts, and other related initiatives)
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and proactively address office issues and find solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and operational support for projects

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in Office / Operations management, preferably in a startup environment
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail, ensuring no task or issue is overlooked
  • The ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, with a quick ability to learn new systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Experience in working with C-level & executives
  • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
