Become part of an expanding enterprise and spearhead the rapidly evolving ERP/CRM infrastructures.

Role Summary:

You will manage the operational, delivery and testing engineers and serve a critical function in orderly deployment, and oversight of advanced digital systems. This position demands a seasoned professional that will

1 take full responsibility for documenting system files, testing, and approving projects; authorizing production transitions; managing a team of testers and operators who support field operations during the rollout of new systems.

2 Responsibility for legacy and new systems; providing operational support and service to hundreds of users across multiple physical sites.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience of 5+ years in a medium or large organization in the fields of IT systems operations / software testing and automation –
• Experience and knowledge in managing KPIs for testing and operations teams, continuous improvement and learning processes, collaboration with development teams, project managers, and others.
• Strong familiarity with infrastructure and cybersecurity domains, communication protocols and network traffic, and understanding of development and testing environment management.
• Familiarity with diverse information systems in service-oriented organizations with a broad supply chain focus – CRM, ERP, technician management systems, interface systems, and various satellite systems (telephony, digital forms, written communication).
• Relevant academic degree – Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management.
