about the role: we’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven project manager to lead complex projects from concept to execution. this role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced technology and national security, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and global clients.

responsibilities: • lead end-to-end project lifecycles — from initiation to delivery — ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budgets • serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring satisfaction • manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced matrix environment • identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing projects • ensure compliance with all defense-industry standards, regulations, and security protocols

requirements: 🎯 minimum 5 years of project management experience in the technology sector 🎯 proven experience in the defense industry — mandatory 🎯 engineering background (software or hardware) — mandatory 🎯 technical understanding of complex systems and ai applications — advantage 🎯 familiarity with uae business culture and security standards — strong plus 🎯 commercial mindset with ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 🎯 fluent in hebrew and english (additional languages — advantage) 🎯 availability for frequent international travel
