🚀 We're Hiring: Platform Solutions Manager at Milgo! 🚀

Milgo is looking for a Platform Solutions Manager to help design and build digital evaluation products for schools in Israel and around the world. You'll work closely with our R&D Lead and a small, cross-functional team of developers, designers, and researchers.

What You'll Do

• Build assessment solutions on Milgo’s low-code JavaScript platform (no engineering background required)
• Collaborate with the R&D Lead to test, refine, and scale data-driven solutions
• Grow over time into solution design and client management responsibilities

What You Bring

• 2+ years of coding experience, preferably in JavaScript or Python
• Experience with UI/UX design, ideally in EdTech or digital products
• Bonus: Graduate training in psychology, economics, education, or related fields with a quantitative focus
• Familiarity with the education sector (schools, municipalities, government, NGOs) is a plus

Role Details

• Full-time, on-site at our Tel Aviv office (Yehuda Halevi St., light rail accessible)
• 5 days/week, in-person
