Bluespine can offer personalized precision by tailoring assessments to each unique medical claim, considering the relevant provider, payer, and plan, and ensuring unparalleled accuracy.

We’re seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead and own our data operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all data-related initiatives and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the performance and cost-effectiveness of our data systems, with a specific focus on optimizing pipelines and data warehouses.
• Design, build, and maintain our end-to-end data pipeline infrastructure to ensure it is scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product managers to support analytics, data modeling, and governance.
• Develop the foundational infrastructure to streamline the deployment, management, and monitoring of our machine learning models.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, with a focus on clean, testable, production-grade code.
• Proven experience building data pipelines
• Experience with analytics Databases and data warehousing
• Experience working in a cloud environment (prefer AWS and Azure).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in production-grade environments.
• Experience with modern CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure-as-code practices in the cloud.
• Advantage: Experience with ML Ops to implement AI/ML capabilities in data workflows.
• Advantage: Experienced in leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs) to modernize data engineering workflows
