Job Description:

Leading the company's marketing strategy - from defining goals to implementation in the field. Managing the marketing team, responsible for budget, performance and creating significant branding and sales value.

Areas of responsibility:

Building and leading an annual marketing strategy.

Managing a team in the areas of digital, creative, content and marketing communications.

Full responsibility for the marketing budget and its effective utilization.

Performance analysis and leading improvements in metrics such as ROI, CPL, CAC and conversions.

Managing digital activity across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Supervising media activity, public relations, employer branding and internal organizational communication.

Collaborating with sales, product and HR to create a uniform language.

Leading international campaigns and cross-organizational projects.

Identifying Digital Trends and Innovation"

Job Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing management, including international campaigns.

* Proven experience in managing a marketing team and managing significant budgets.

* Deep understanding of measurement tools, data analysis and performance-based marketing.

* Experience in the worlds of Fintech / Gaming / Performance Marketing - a significant advantage.

* High-level English - a must; additional languages an advantage.

* Leadership, initiative and strategic business thinking ability.
