The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Digital Manager — a strategic thinker and hands-on doer — to elevate ROOMS’ digital presence to the next level.

This is a unique opportunity to lead all digital marketing activities of one of Israel’s most exciting lifestyle brands, from strategy to measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Lead Digital Strategy: Build and execute a holistic digital marketing plan across all touchpoints (SEO, PPC, social, content, automation, and more).

🔹 Performance & Analytics: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms — analyzing data to drive results.

🔹 Digital Assets Ownership: Oversee and improve the website, landing pages, and conversion funnels (UX/UI, CRO).

🔹 Budget & Vendors: Manage budgets, agencies, and suppliers to ensure top creative and performance standards.

🔹 Innovation: Identify new tools, trends, and technologies — bringing fresh ideas that enhance ROOMS’ digital ecosystem.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align digital initiatives with brand and business goals.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–3 years of experience managing digital marketing or performance campaigns end-to-end.

✅ Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO.

✅ Hands-on experience with WordPress and managing web content.

✅ Analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable insights.

✅ Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.

✅ Team player with curiosity, creativity, and a “can-do” attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience in real estate, coworking, or hospitality industries.

✨ Background in a leading advertising agency.

✨ Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.

✨ Experience working in a multi-branch or global environment.
