A well-established software company specializing in ERP systems and Field Service Management solutions is looking for a Technical Support & Client Training Representative with a strong tech orientation and a passion for growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training new and existing B2B clients
• Providing Tier 1 technical support
• Working directly with end-users and managers
• Handling basic IT and telephony equipment

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong technical orientation – a must
• Experience in training – an advantage
• Familiarity with SQL and Java – a significant plus
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
• Military tech background (Mamram/IDF C4I Corps) – a plus

Location: B.S.R Towers, Bnei Brak (right by the light rail)

Hours: 8:30–17:30
