Factory 54 is looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager

to take ownership of introducing and growing a new global brand in the Israeli market.

Job Description:

• Lead the full 360° brand strategy, launch, and ongoing marketing efforts of an international premium fashion brand in Israel
• Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans across all channels: retail, digital, PR, influencers, and social media
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance to make data-informed decisions
• Collaborate closely with global brand teams to align strategies and localize assets for the Israeli market
• Create compelling local storytelling and brand communications that align with global brand identity
• Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, retail operations, and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights, A/B testing, and KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles in consumer goods, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries
• Strong analytical capabilities – comfortable working with sales data, market insights, and performance metrics
• Proven track record in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and retail platforms
• Exceptional communication skills – both visual storytelling and verbal/written presentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing and presentation abilities
• Deep passion for fashion, global lifestyle brands, and building brand equity from the ground up
