**AudioCodes is expanding our Meeting Insights business — a cutting-edge meeting intelligence solution recognized as the “Best Use of AI” at the UC Awards 2024 — and we’re looking for an exceptional VP of Sales to take us to the next level.

**Why this role?

**You’ll lead the global sales strategy for Meeting Insights (cloud) and MIA OP (on-prem) driving enterprise SaaS growth, building a world-class team, and shaping how Fortune 500 companies capture and transform meeting knowledge into business impact.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute a 3-year GTM plan across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC
• Lead and scale a top-performing international sales organization
• Drive enterprise and channel sales, and forge new strategic partnerships
• Own forecasting, pipeline, and executive-level growth reporting
• Win strategic deals across verticals like finance, healthcare, education and government

Requirements:

What you bring:

• Proven VP-level experience leading international B2B SaaS sales (15+ team members)
• A strong track record of exceeding ARR and new logo targets
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS and Israeli/global sales ecosystems
• Strategic mindset, data-driven execution, and true leadership presence
