We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coordinate the organization’s revenue-related activities, including Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success.

The role includes responsibility for managing the sales cycle, implementing structured growth processes, and strengthening the operational foundations that support commercial activity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the activities of Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop and implement sales and revenue strategies across various product lines, including SaaS.
  • Support the organization’s transition toward modern, digital-oriented sales methodologies.
  • Improve and standardize sales processes, operational workflows, and CRM usage.
  • Define and track performance metrics (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide ongoing reporting to management.
  • Guide, train, and support the sales and customer-facing teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior sales roles, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and establish efficient sales processes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with effective execution skills.
  • Experience with digital sales transformation and CRM systems is an advantage.
