As a Data Analyst in the Brands Division at Webselenese, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights. The role includes managing, building, and optimizing BI and analytics solutions in a Big Data and Cloud environment.

As part of the role, you will perform analysis, visualization, and insight generation from queries and datasets, alongside independent work and strong communication skills that directly influence the company’s strategy and business outcomes.

In addition, the role combines deep business-oriented thinking from the Brands domain: revenue analysis, user retention, customer value, and identifying growth opportunities -similar to the way both sales and marketing professionals think.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Plan, build, and implement end-to-end BI solutions
• Maintain and support analytics platforms
• Improve and optimize existing BI systems
• Write queries and perform complex analyses
• Build visualizations and data dashboards as needed
• Participate in full data lifecycle processes across the organization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to implement solutions in a production environment
• Develop new metrics and KPIs for the Brands division
• Build end-to-end ETL processes: from raw data extraction to analytics-ready datasets
• Understand user behavior, revenue models, and customer retention (LTV, Churn, ARPU, and more)

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience as a BI / Data Analyst
• Significant experience in data visualization, analysis, and strong SQL skills
• Proven experience with Tableau
• Experience with Python – an advantage
• Deep understanding of database management systems and OLAP
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative field – an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience in Subscription / SaaS / membership-based companies – strong advantage
• Experience building end-to-end ETLs and working with raw data
