Position Title: Compliance & Regulations Lawyer – Capital Markets

Department/Team: Compliance & Regulation

Location & Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, Tel Aviv

Work Days/Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00

**Role Purpose

**The Compliance Department holds critical responsibility for ensuring the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Lawyer ensures that all departments and employees operate according to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures, while minimizing compliance risks, strengthening organizational culture, and increasing awareness across the company.

As the company grows and expands its operations, the role aims to deepen the compliance framework, broaden oversight and control, and establish effective, structured processes aligned with regulatory demands across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of compliance procedures and guidelines across the company.
• Performing periodic reviews and audits to identify irregularities, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Providing professional support and guidance to employees and managers on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Participating in training sessions and helping embed a strong compliance culture within the organization.
• Assisting with updating procedures, policies, and internal controls in response to regulatory changes.
• Tracking regulatory updates and informing relevant stakeholders accordingly.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external interfaces:

Internal: Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and others.

External: Regulatory authorities, external legal advisors, auditors, and external reviewers.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• LL.B degree and a valid license to practice law
• 1+ years of experience as a lawyer in compliance, regulatory controls, or internal audit
• Experience working in a capital markets company / financial organization / institutional or public entity
• Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew; good level of English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; high organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

**מטרת התפקיד:

**מחלקת הציות נושאת באחריות קריטית לשמירה על עמידת החברה בדרישות החוק, התקנות והרגולציה החלות עליה. תפקיד עובד/ת הציות הוא להבטיח כי כלל המחלקות והעובדים בארגון פועלים בהתאם להוראות הרגולטור ולנהלים הפנימיים, תוך צמצום סיכוני ציות, חיזוק התרבות הארגונית והגברת המודעות לנושא.

עם צמיחת החברה והתרחבות פעילותה, מטרת התפקיד היא להעמיק את מערך הציות, להרחיב את ההיקף והבקרה, ולבסס תהליכי עבודה סדורים, יעילים ותואמים לרגולציה בכל יחידה בארגון.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• פיקוח ובקרה על יישום נהלים והנחיות הציות במחלקות החברה.
• ביצוע בדיקות ובקרות תקופתיות לאיתור חריגות, סיכונים ותהליכים לשיפור.
• מתן תמיכה וליווי מקצועי לעובדים ולמנהלים בתחום הציות והרגולציה.
• השתתפות בהדרכות ובהטמעת תרבות ציות ארגונית
• סיוע בעדכון נהלים, מדיניות ובקרות פנימיות בהתאם לשינויים רגולטוריים.
• מעקב אחר חידושי רגולציה ועדכון הגורמים הרלוונטיים בארגון.
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקי עבודה פנימיים וחיצוניים:

ממשקים פנימיים: כספים, משאבי אנוש, משפטית, מכירות, שיווק, שירות לקוחות ועוד.

ממשקים חיצוניים: רשויות רגולציה, יועצים משפטיים חיצוניים, רואי חשבון ובודק חיצוניים.

דרישות חובה:

• תואר ראשון במשפטים ורישיון עו״ד בתוקף.
• 1+ שנים ניסיון קודם בתור עו״ד בתחום הציות, בקרות רגולציה או ביקורת פנים.
• ניסיון בעבודה בחברה מתחום שוק ההון / ארגון פיננסי / ארגון מוסדי או ציבורי.
• ידע והבנה מעמיקה של חוקים, תקנות ודרישות רגולטוריות רלוונטיות.
• יכולת ניסוח גבוהה בכתב ובע״פ בעברית, אנגלית ברמה טובה.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות, סדר, דיוק ותשומת לב לפרטים.
