We are recruiting a Sales Engineer for a hi-tech company engaged in developing, manufacturing, and supplying innovative testing solutions for electric motors across a wide range of industries worldwide, including two-wheel vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and more.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for developing and increasing the company’s product sales in a defined territory
• Achieving ambitious growth and revenue targets in your area of responsibility
• Building and strengthening relationships with partners involved in the sales process
• Developing and implementing sales strategies in diverse markets
• Analyzing customers’ technical and commercial requirements and identifying the appropriate solution to offer
• Collaborating and coordinating with various departments within the organization to support technical solutions, share insights, and assist roles involved in the sales process
• Successful implementation of sales plans and management of activities in the assigned region

The company is located in Poleg, Netanya.

Requirements:

• Practical engineer diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales/presales, especially in managing capital equipment and distributors
• Proven ability to develop and expand sales territories
• Proven B2B sales experience, mainly with Complex electromechanical products
• Strong interpersonal sales experience, including hands-on management of distributors and customer relations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, innovative, capable of independent work, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
