We are seeking someone with strong human relations and a service-oriented mindset, who demonstrates credibility, accountability and accuracy, and works effectively as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s global IT environment, ensuring efficient support, maintenance, and continuous optimization of all IT infrastructure worldwide.
• Provide hands-on leadership of critical IT systems, including production environments, cloud infrastructure, servers, workstations, and network devices – maintaining high performance and availability.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including the implementation and management of Linux environments, LAN/WAN networks, and communication systems (VoIP).
• Design, implement, and maintain robust information and cybersecurity systems.
• Lead IT security initiatives, including the management of firewalls, VPNs, data encryption, and other measures to ensure the protection of company data.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy and information security regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and networking issues across multiple global sites.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and data backup procedures.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Oversee IT asset management, license compliance, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Global IT & IS Manager, with proven hands-on management of complex IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, select, and implement information systems solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and licensing processes.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies (Azure or equivalent), Office 365, networking, and information/cybersecurity.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent English
