We are looking for an experienced Tier-4 Support Engineer to join our team. This is a senior technical role responsible for handling the most complex escalations across backend infrastructure, embedded devices, and cloud-integrated platforms. The position is suitable for candidates with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and leadership potential. The role includes a clear growth path toward a future Team Lead position within the Software Development group.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python).

• Experience with embedded systems, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP), and cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud providers.

• Proficiency with monitoring and testing tools such as Datadog and Postman.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and monitoring stacks.

• Knowledge of MySQL, including basic queries and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and performance tuning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to mentor others, collaborate in cross-functional environments, and grow into a leadership role.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Fluent Hebrew and advanced English. Russian is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Tier-3 or Tier-4 support experience.

• Background in QA automation or system integration.

• Experience with IoT or animal-health systems.

• Demonstrated informal leadership experience (mentoring, project coordination, scrum leadership).
