We are seeking an Information Systems Project Manager for a global company!
This role combines end-to-end project management with systems analysis responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting business requirements from various stakeholders and interfaces across the organization.
- Preparing analysis materials (requirements documents, specifications, flowcharts, interfaces).
- Identifying vendors and technological tools locally and globally according to business needs.
- Analyzing and presenting alternatives and solutions based on business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience writing business requirements and specification documents.
- Strong ability to learn and understand organizational business processes.
- Ability to research and identify technological solutions locally and globally.
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented thinking with a holistic, system-wide view.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and flowcharting tools such as Visio.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in organizational technological projects – an advantage.
- Hebrew: Native level (spoken and written).
- English: Good level (spoken and written).
