Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, drawings, public records, and disconnected systems, leading to preventable leakage, missed obligations and lost opportunities to improve performance.

Used by leading enterprises, REAL converts this fragmented data into connected intelligence and automated action. With advanced AI, universal ingestion, and modular execution agents, REAL increases operational accuracy, uncovers financial discrepancies, and surfaces opportunities to optimize performance and enhance business outcomes.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP Marketing to build and lead REAL's marketing function and shape the next phase of our growth. This is a high-impact role for a builder with a founder mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands B2B enterprise dynamics, and can position a differentiated AI platform in a complex, underserved market.

**What You'll Lead

**Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Build REAL's marketing organization from the ground up — define structure, hire top talent, and establish the foundational blocks across demand gen, product marketing, content, brand, and communications
  • Develop and own REAL's full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals, GTM priorities, and category creation
  • Create a tight operating rhythm between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a unified message and cohesive customer journey
  • Establish the KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measurement systems that tie marketing directly to pipeline creation, conversion velocity, and customer expansion

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Build the foundational demand-generation engine for REAL from strategy to execution with a true founder mindset and a bias toward speed, experimentation, and impact
  • Own acquisition motions across outbound support, ABM, partner channels, and early scalable playbooks
  • Lead LinkedIn organic and paid programs to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
  • Build and scale REAL's event presence including industry conferences, intimate executive dinners, partner activations, and field events
  • Develop a consistent webinar program, including co-hosted sessions with partners, associations, and industry leaders that expand reach and accelerate pipeline creation

Product Marketing & Category Positioning

  • Define and evolve REAL's value proposition, competitive narrative, and customer stories
  • Build and articulate the category around AI-powered real estate operations, positioning REAL as the standard for accuracy, speed, and automation
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product on messaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution

Brand, Storytelling & Communications

  • Establish a compelling brand identity that reflects REAL's sophistication, trust, and technological advantage
  • Lead the content strategy across web, social, sales enablement, case studies, videos, and industry insights
  • Build PR and communications programs that elevate visibility with analysts, press, and strategic partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally serving enterprise or mid-market audiences
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate complex technology into clear business value
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing teams that deliver measurable revenue impact
  • Deep experience across demand generation, ABM, product marketing, brand, and content
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from crafting GTM strategy to writing messaging, analyzing funnel data, and supporting sales
  • Experience positioning complex or technical products, ideally involving AI, automation, or workflow transformation
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving priorities
