**We are seeking a highly reliable, service-oriented, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to a fast-paced, high-performing CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a calm, solutions-driven approach.

The PA will play a central role in managing both personal and professional aspects of the CEO’s life—ranging from household coordination to complex international travel and operational support. You will work closely with a global leadership team and be trusted with sensitive information, requiring professionalism and sound judgment at all times.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and is looking to grow into deeper business involvement over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all personal and business travel and provide real-time support during trips.
  • Align working hours with the CEO (including U.S. time zones), remain available for urgent needs, and work onsite five days a week.
  • Support the CEO’s Executive Assistant as needed: manage calendars, handle emails, schedule meetings, maintain LinkedIn, and attend meetings to take notes and follow up.
  • Plan and execute events in Israel and the U.S., including full logistical coordination.
  • Manage personal administrative tasks and Handle errands

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of PA or EA experience supporting C-level executives; experience with American executives or U.S.-based work culture is required.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.
  • Strong technical skills, including Google Suite, calendar tools, email, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to move quickly, work independently, and handle shifting priorities with confidence.
  • Service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting others.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate across functions.
