The Center for Educational Technology (CET) is a leading educational organization with decades of experience, impacting thousands of teachers and millions of learners in Israel and worldwide.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO.

This role offers an opportunity to join a stable, influential, and forward-thinking organization at the forefront of educational innovation, working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and meaningful position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management of the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling complex meetings with senior stakeholders, government interfaces, strategic partners, and internal units.
  • Planning the CEO’s annual activity timeline (Gantt), and preparing presentations, briefs, and background materials.
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the CEO’s office and managing incoming requests.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for coordination and administrative matters with managers, clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Drafting and documenting meeting summaries and protocols, tracking action items, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Planning and coordinating professional travel, both domestic and international.
  • Supporting and organizing official visits, leadership meetings, and organizational events.
  • Handling procurement processes, invoices, expenses, contracts, and documentation.
  • Managing the office budget and overseeing budget execution.

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience in a similar role - mandatory.
  • Academic degree – mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Proven experience managing a complex calendar and coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an orderly, efficient, and well-structured work environment aligned with the CEO’s needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, dedication, loyalty, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and periods of high workload.
  • High-level writing abilities, including drafting summaries, protocols, and official correspondence.
  • High availability, including during non-standard hours.
