We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Israel operations and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee core functions: Valuation, Trust & Operations, Customer Service, and Broker-Dealer.
• Lead the local management team and align strategy, people, and execution.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Build scalable processes, KPIs, and a data-driven, high-ownership culture.
• Develop managers and strengthen leadership across the organization.
