The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer communication and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proficiency in Sales and persuasive communication
• Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is an advantage
