Global Sales & Channel Partnerships Manager

Woojer is a fast-growing tech company developing immersive haptic audio products used by consumers, gamers and wellness markets worldwide. Our products are sold through global retail partners, distributors and leading online channels.

We're looking for a Global Sales & Channel Partnerships Manager to lead our worldwide expansion, open new markets, and manage strategic partners across retail, distribution and e-commerce channels.

What you'll do:

* Identify, approach and close new retail partners, distributors and resellers worldwide

* Manage and grow existing channel relationships, including retail chains, distributors and key accounts

* Build sales pipelines for new territories and oversee end-to-end deal cycles

* Work closely with marketing, operations and product teams to support sell-in and sell-through

* Track performance, targets and forecasts across channels

* Drive revenue growth and help scale Woojer into new verticals and regions

Requirements:

* 3+ years in international sales or channel management

* Experience bringing hardware products to retail/distribution- strong advantage

* Experience managing global partners and working with multiple regions

* Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships

* High level of business communication

* English- native-level (must)

* Additional languages- advantage

* Self-starter, independent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
