A rapidly expanding global fund administration and corporate services provider is seeking a high-calibre Sales Director to lead new-business growth across the EMEA region. This is a strategic, senior-level commercial role for someone who knows the alternatives ecosystem inside out — private equity, private credit, venture capital, hedge funds, real assets, and emerging managers.

With strong investment, a modern tech-enabled platform, and exceptional operational delivery, the firm is building on major momentum across EMEA. They now require an ambitious sales leader who can drive regional expansion, open new client relationships, and help scale a business with global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new-business acquisition across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and family offices.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitch to contract negotiation and onboarding handover.
  • Design and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with EMEA growth objectives.
  • Build and deepen senior relationships with CFOs, COOs, Partners, fund principals, service providers, and intermediaries.
  • Partner closely with internal teams — operations, onboarding, product, compliance — to ensure seamless delivery and a compelling client experience.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, LP/GP conferences, roundtables, and networking forums across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product development, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Forecast accurately, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and consistently drive revenue growth.

About You

  • Strong track record in fund administration sales, alternatives services, or financial-services B2B sales with a focus on private markets.
  • Proven success selling into alternative investment managers across EMEA.
  • A strong network among private equity, VC, hedge fund, or real-asset decision-makers.
  • Confident navigating complex sales cycles with senior, multi-stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, capable of succeeding in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Strategic, organised, commercially intelligent, and comfortable working remotely across multiple markets.
