Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meeting & Events Sales Manager located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. In this role, the Meeting & Events Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of meeting and event planning, building strong relationships with clients, overseeing contract negotiations, managing event budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional events that align with the hotel's standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in group or event sales – mandatory

• Experience with the Opera system – advantage

• Full-time availability and schedule flexibility
• Proficiency in Meeting Planning and Event Planning to design and execute successful events
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and resolve inquiries effectively
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Budgeting for successful financial management and agreement finalization
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with Tel Aviv’s local market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
