We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a top-tier financial organization. In this role, you will evaluate new and existing real estate investments, support decision-making processes, and help drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and business analyses of potential and current real estate transactions
• Build complex financial models in Excel, including cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing
• Perform thorough due diligence (economic, contractual, market, and regulatory)
• Prepare presentations and investment materials for senior management and investment committees
• Monitor project performance, returns, risks, and key milestones
• Analyze market trends, regulation updates, and benchmark comparisons in the real estate sector
• Work closely with consultants, legal advisors, business partners, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, investment banking, financial consulting, or institutional investment teams
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
